Encino Pool Remodel
7 weeks timeline, $85k-$140k budget range, 14x32 ft finished size.
The
transformation.
Challenge,
approach, result.
The Encino pool had a dated finish, failing tile, and equipment that was costing too much to run through Valley summers. The shell was sound, so replacement made less sense than a focused remodel.
We resurfaced the interior, replaced tile and coping, reshaped the entry into a small sun shelf, and upgraded the equipment pad with a variable-speed pump and automation. Deck repairs were handled in the same window so the yard did not reopen twice.
The remodel took 7 weeks. The pool now looks current, runs quieter, and gives the family a shallow lounge area without the cost of rebuilding the shell.
