Bel Air Pool and Spa
26 weeks timeline, $400k-$650k budget range, 20x42 ft finished size.
The
transformation.
Challenge,
approach, result.
This Bel Air project started as a pool request, but the real challenge was structural: hillside support, equipment placement, and deck transitions all had to work with the house. The budget went toward infrastructure before finishes.
We coordinated shell engineering with retaining conditions, kept the spa close enough for daily use, and used limestone coping to soften the scale of the pool. Equipment was planned for service access without being visible from the main outdoor room.
The build took 26 weeks because of structural review and site logistics. The final pool and spa feel quiet and resolved, which is exactly what a complicated hillside project should do when it is finished.
